This machine adopts special pneumatic three-way filling valve, with compact and reasonable design, simple and beautiful appearance, and convenient filling volume adjustment. It is suitable for filling of water and cream products, especially for high viscosity materials, with high accuracy. This machine adopts PLC programmable control, equipped with 6-inch touch screen human-machine interface system, to implement automatic bottle feeding, automatic filling and automatic bottle discharging, no bottle filling, accurate filling volume and counting function. Electric appliances and electric components are all international brands, ensuring excellent quality and lasting and stable performance. The machine is equipped with a filling head to prevent dripping and wiredrawing to ensure that there is no dripping after filling. The submersible filling system is configured to ensure that no foam is generated during the filling process and prevent the filling materials from overflowing. The filling mechanism is covered with organic glass, which is beautiful and dustproof.
