1. Regulating water tank (pool): generally, PE water tank, stainless steel water tank, or reinforced concrete tank can be used, which is mainly used to store water, buffer and sediment in water.
2. The first stage pretreatment system: multi-media filter is adopted. According to the raw water quality, multi-media filter materials such as quartz sand, manganese sand and KDF filter are adopted. The main purpose is to remove sediment, rust, colloidal substances, suspended solids and particles with a diameter of 20 μ M U.M or more, so that the turbidity of the effluent is less than 0.5ntu, the COD is less than 1.5mg/l, and the iron content is less than 0.05mg/l; SDI≤ 5; Semi automatic and automatic control valves can be used to control filtration and backwashing.
3. The second stage pretreatment system: the activated carbon filter is used to remove the pigment, odor, biochemical organic matter, reduce the residual chlorine value, pesticide pollution and other pollutants in the water.
4. The third stage pretreatment system: cation resin softening is adopted, mainly to reduce the hardness of water, remove calcium and magnesium ions (the main components forming scale) in water, effectively prolong the service life of reverse osmosis membrane and conduct intelligent resin regeneration.
5. Dosing system: according to the raw water quality, different types of scale inhibitors are selected, which can control the content of phosphate, sulfate and calcium, and effectively prevent the reverse osmosis membrane from scaling.
6. Level 4 pretreatment system: 5 μ M pore diameter precision filter to further purify the water and make the turbidity and chroma of the water reach the standard.
7. Main machine of purified water equipment: the reverse osmosis technology is used for deep desalination to remove calcium, magnesium, lead, mercury and other harmful heavy metals and other impurities, reduce the hardness of water, and the desalination rate is more than 99%, and produce purified water that meets the national standards.
8. Two stage reverse osmosis host: the water treated by the first stage reverse osmosis is further purified by the second reverse osmosis treatment, which is suitable for the special requirements of users with poor source water quality or special industries.
9. Cleaning device: regularly clean the reverse osmosis membrane with chemicals to ensure the service life of the membrane and the effluent quality standard.
10. Sterilization system: ozone generator is used for sterilization to reduce the secondary pollution of bacteria. The sterilization rate can reach more than 99%. Ozone is reduced to O2 in the air without any harmful residue. At the same time, ozone dissolves in water to form oxygen enriched water to ensure the purity and freshness of water.
11. Water storage system: stainless steel pure water tank is adopted and equipped with automatic liquid level control system. When the water is full, it can stop automatically to realize automatic management.

4、 Characteristics of purified water production equipment
1. After startup, the purified water equipment realizes the automatic flushing function of the membrane, and the flushing time is 2-10 minutes, which is adjustable.
2. The equipment is equipped with waste water return device, which can make secondary use of water, improve the utilization rate of water and save water cost.
3. Low pressure protection system: when the pressure of source water is insufficient or passive water, the equipment will stop automatically to protect the high-pressure pump and equipment.
4. Equipped with cleaning and maintenance system, the equipment can be cleaned and maintained regularly, and the service life of reverse osmosis membrane can be extended for 3-5 years.
5. The stainless steel frame structure is adopted to realize no sanitary dead angle and no corrosion of the equipment. It is still as new after 10-20 years of use.
