Daily maintenance and repair of labeling machine


(1) daily routine check points

1-1 for sliding surfaces such as guide rod, guide rail, screw, sliding seat and bearing, please apply lubricating oil once a week. Domestic brand special grade circulating oil R32 or equivalent grade vg32 brand lubricating oil can be used.

1-2 gear shall be oiled once a week, and general machine grease shall be used.

1-3 before applying oil, remove the old oil with a clean soft cloth.

1-4 if there is obvious foreign matter pollution at the lubricating point, such as dust, iron filings, moisture, etc., it shall be cleaned immediately and then lubricated.

1-5 if rust and rust spots are found on other parts during routine spot inspection, they shall be treated immediately for derusting and oiling.

1-6 please maintain the surface cleanliness of the machine and avoid placing irrelevant items on the machine.

1-7 check whether the belt of each drive part is broken or seriously damaged every week. Please purchase spare parts in advance for replacement.

1-8 please make relevant maintenance forms and maintain them on time.

1-9 the electrical panel shall be cleaned of dust or objects with air gun every week to ensure the normal operation of electrical parts.

1-10 before starting the machine, the relative position between the blade and the central column ring groove and the blade origin must be confirmed.

1-11 before opening the door, confirm whether the positions of the driving wheels on both sides of the center column are correct and whether the driving wheels are locked to prevent the center column from moving.

1-12 confirm whether the lower brush wheel is consistent with the center height of the roller at the lower section of the center column, and gently press it on the roller.

1-13 confirm whether there is foreign matter on the conveyor belt.

1-14 confirm whether the label mold material on the material rack is inserted and positioned correctly, and whether the mold material is deformed.

1-15 confirm whether the material center of the shrinkage mold on the material rack is aligned with the center of the center column, or adjust the position of the material tray.

1-16 confirm whether the height position of the cutter head seat of the main machine is the production condition of the bottle.

1-17 confirm the positioning belt position of the bottle group, and the pressure for clamping the bottle should not be too tight.

1-18 confirm that the rotating belt of the heat shrinking furnace group should not be too tight with the bottle clamping pressure.

1-19 confirm whether the center of the bottle with bottle group clamp is directly below the center.

1-20 confirm whether the moving speed of the bottle group after holding the bottle is synchronized with the speed of the conveyor belt.

1-21 to confirm whether the position of the battery eye is correct, please test the set label before production.

1-22 after the operation, please turn off the switch of the shrinking furnace, keep the fan cool for about ten minutes, and then turn off the fan switch and the power switch.

1-23 finally, please follow the shutdown steps in the man-machine interface control instructions, and turn off the main power supply. Whether the bottle body is cut off at the square center under the central column when the bottle separating screw is connected with the bottle.
